They’re about to launch a game changing brand which will challenge the status quo & you’ll be an integral part, where you’ll be encouraged to make your mark. You will support the Head of Marketing in developing their acquisition strategy & together with the marketing team, you will play a key role in ensuring their audience is piqued by their innovative marketing.
Alongside their digital agency you will get into the nitty gritty of campaigns, ensuring they’re targeting the right keywords and the right audience, with relevant and creative content as well as ensuring they’re sending users to the right landing pages which convert well.
You’ll work closely with their sales team to stay focused on lead quality with ongoing analysis to continually develop how we they attract new people and nurture interest.
What we’re looking for
In essence, you’ll be an experienced, savvy digital marketer looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow & thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers. You’ll need a sound grasp of the most common channels such as email, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics etc & experience of the property, lifestyle or related sectors would be quite handy, although not essential.
This company prioritise people that have a vested interest in working for a firm that is dynamic, diverse and without question, does not follow the norm. People learn in different ways so your experience can span, anything from 2-3 years which can have been gained in a marketing or agency environment where you have been delivering digital campaigns.
Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
