This B2B Tech company is looking to add to it’s marketing team, supporting a number of market-leading products and are now on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to focus on lead acquisition and increasing client spend. Based centrally in Derby with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
This is a global organisation that is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help elevate their digital marketing to the next level, reaching and converting a wider, targeted audience, and they’re looking for someone who can challenge their current activity and re-shape it to become more streamlined, efficient and goal motivated. Reporting to the Head of Marketing but working closely with the sales team, you will plan, create, execute and evaluate all aspects of digital marketing, implementing campaigns and journeys with the intention of boosting brand engagement and driving more people through the funnel.
You’ll own, manage, and evaluate all digital marketing campaigns, and you’ll map, plan and manage prospect and customer journeys through Hubspot as well as setting KPI’s for each campaign and reporting against them. You’ll develop email campaigns and using performance metrics you’ll turn insight into actionable recommendations. You’ll update websites using the CMS system, create landing pages and campaigns assets as well as manage social media channels (primarily Linkedin) and will manage the day to day SEO to improve ranking, as well as managing and reporting key insight across social media, paid and organic. You’ll also be involved with setting up and managing Webinars.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a couple of years of broad digital experience gained from a b2b environment who’s perhaps looking for a bit more autonomy in their role who is passionate about all things marketing and technology. You’ll be tech-savvy and intuitive and not afraid to recommend new ideas to improve digital campaigns, and able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously. You must be comfortable working independently and you’ll be highly motivated to work within a business that operates a flexible approach to home/office-based working. Google Analytics experience is essential and knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms is preferable. You must be able to demonstrate that you’ve set up marketing campaigns from start to finish, including ROI measurement, as well as experience of SEO, email and PPC.
