The role

In a nutshell, if you aren’t enjoying what you’re currently doing & want somewhere where you’ll be given ample room to develop, read on.   The business has hit on a niche in the world of aesthetic practitioners, who require software that eliminates the stresses of running independent clinics. To say they’ve exceeded expectations is an understatement, and they’re gaining more market presence, and have recently scooped a national award for their endeavours.

Believe or not, it’s been achieved by very little marketing and more word of mouth, but now they want someone that can take their marketing by the horns, and give it value, purpose & emotional charge.   Top of the list will be to create engaging material across the most common social media channels, both innovative & eye catching to the more formal soundbites for LinkedIn.

You will also look after their website, from a stylistic & functionality perspective, as well as adding or updating imagery & content.  You’ll also plan and execute email & data capture campaigns which is growing at an alarming rate & assist with production of marketing collateral for any events they attend or run.  Your expertise in these areas will help enhance their presence & reputation, engage with their audience, and ideally boost their online presence.

What we’re looking for  

A perfect role for someone with a real energy & buzz about them, and simply enjoys their work, and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of developing awareness and engagement through the most common marketing channels, in particular social media.  We’re looking for a positive communicator and someone that can absorb new ideas & contribute to social, content platforms, and get a real kick out of seeing results that increase followings and goodwill on a local and regional basis.

You’ll ideally have a sound grasp of the most common analytical & creative tools in the digital world, and what you don’t know, they’ll be more than happy to send you on the necessary training courses.   The variety of marketing initiatives & one-off creative campaigns are endless, which will add so much value to your career & skillset.

Attitude & temperament is key – they’re growing at a nice pace, and you’ll want to muck in & use your nous to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
