The role

Based in the heart of Brum, the company is driven by its creative & marketing, employs some very talented people and, you will be working on their key website ensuring the usability, design, content is always on brand and delivering results.

You’ll bring your own talents to the mix, enhancing their omnichannel approach to marketing considers how all channels work together to promote the brand, maximise sales, and drive a cohesive and impactful customer journey from awareness through to conversion. Each piece of the puzzle is important, from a single social post through to a full-scale national marketing campaign, and you will be the eyes, ears, and organisational powerhouse of all things digital.

Working with an innovative marketing team and digital partners, you’ll thrive on creating an unrivalled end to end online experience for their target audiences.  You will also own the reporting and insight across all digital channels and help them to level up capability, as a result.  You’ll also manage and maximise HubSpot, ensuring the data is clean and complaint and the wider marketing team are using the email platform effectively.  In essence, you will be the driving force of their website, the customer journey and how it converts, and ensure the usability, design, content is always on brand and delivering results.

It will also see you manage the day-to-day relationship with their external web agency ensuring clear direction, to deliver a seamless online experience across their digital channels.  At the same time, you will have the full support of a team of experienced marketers, whilst you build close links with stakeholders & other departments within the organisation.

What we’re looking for

We envisage around 2 -3 years’ experience & you’ll be fanatical about all things digital and have experience across the full digital mix. You’ll be naturally curious and unapologetically results driven, and simply enjoy delving into the nitty gritty and feel confident presenting data and analysis to fuel the growth and resilience of their digital presence and online experience.

This superlative brand has made a deep impact on the market and is growing at a real pace and shows no sign of abating.   For this reason, you will need a solid understanding of how to make the best use of integrated digital campaigns to drive attraction & provide the best consumer experience.

Experience of looking after external agencies is also important & most of all, you’ll thieve in a collaborative team, be personable and a genuine communicator who can galvanise and enthuse others around them by utilising your knowledge of the digital mix.
